She gained knowledge and skills in project management in Poland and abroad, implementing, preparing and supervising dozens of projects, including mega investments, m.in. as Executive Director for Investment Projects at TAURON Polska Energia S.A., President of the Management Board of TAURON Ekoenergia sp. z o.o., member of the TAURON Group’s Investment Committee and member of multiple supervisory boards, Director of the Branch of KOPEX S.A. in Turkey. For several years, she participated in creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate, CSR, and investment strategies.

Ewa also has extensive coaching and teaching experience, lecturing, m.in, at the WSB Academy, co-creating original postgraduate study programs in the field of sustainable development and project management with the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Silesia, as well as advising and developing project management and sustainability competences in many large companies, mainly industrial.  

As CEO of GPM EMEA, she promoted sustainable project management in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is also a published author and speaker at numerous project management and ESG conferences. 

Ewa constantly invests in her development. She graduated from many programs, courses, and postgraduate studies, m.in. IMD in Lausanne, ICAN Institute, AGH University of Science and Technology, Silesian University of Technology. Competences in the field of projects confirmed by certificates, m.in.: PMI PMP, IPMA A, GPM RCA, GPM-b.  

Privately, she is a curious mother of two daughters, passionate about Italy and Italian cuisine, as well as horse riding and other summer and winter sports. In her free time, she immerses herself in reading.
