Synergist Team
Our mission is to support leaders and organizations in implementing sustainable business transformation so that they can contribute to building value for the company and achieving a competitive advantage by meeting the requirements of ESG regulations.
We are consultants, lecturers, and trainers, but most of all, we are business practitioners with extensive experience in industrial companies and knowledge of the practical conditions of investment processes.
We work with a wide range of proven consultants and trainers, covering all areas of sustainable development and ESG, strategic management, project management, building managerial competencies, and change management. They have practical experience (work in corporations, project implementation, implementation consulting) working with specialists and executive staff at all levels and didactic (training, postgraduate studies, MBA).
We actively promote sustainable development in the world and Poland, conducting workshops for companies, but also at postgraduate studies, MBA, speaking and participating actively in conferences and events devoted to sustainable development and ESG challenges.
